Although the darkness lingers

And air is the anchor for your feet

Although the hamster’s wheel loops

And dawn seems an eternity away

Remember that Abba cradles you tenderly,

Guides your steps carefully,

Lacing your path with peace

And adorning your journey with victory

So, when your heart feels numb

And the sorrows of today

Hang heavy on your shoulders,

Dance to the tunes of tomorrow

And the promise of life that it holds

Sing to yourself, like a chorus of hope
